Hey! There’s a Vapiano (a popular DC restaurant founded by a German company) in Estonia of all places! Not only was the food really good, they also had the gummy bears for dessert just like in DC.

Pretty good, and well worth a visit if you’re in Cleveland Park (just make sure you know you’re going to Nam Viet, not Vietnam; if you find yourself in Hanoi, you went too far).
