I’m taking a class on “Managing Negotiations,” which is four hours long. It’s made better, though, by having two “tea time” breaks — each one coming with some sort of friend Indian treat. It’s usually non-descript, always greasy, and usually with sauces in which to dip. This is sort of a savory donut, I guess — but it pales in comparison to the carb champion of the summer: deep fried bread and potato sandwiches.
