I know many of you have probably seen this already, but it may just be the best thing I’ve read all year. It’s created by the guys behind Holstee.com (fellow Sandboxers!) as a reminder for what they want to live for and I find it incredibly inspirational.
“Life is about the people you meet and the things you create with them. “

So, I’ve never really baked before, but thanks to an awesome cookie party to attend hosted by these guys, and a girlfriend traveling in another country, I was left on my own to come up with three dozen cookies to bring. I did consider bringing 36 individual Teddy Grahams, but then thankfully was pointed towards this recipe for Momofuku Compost Cookies. Since this is the first time I’ve ever really made cookies, I can now officially say that a majority of my baking is done in the Momofuku tradition.
PS. I made these with chocolate chips, potato chips and Nutter Butter cookies.
