It’s so hot in DC today that my BusyCal calendar replaced the normal sun logo with a burning thermometer and a reminder that it’s really, really hot.
So, we ate at something like the Lithuanian version of Chili’s, except it pretended to be a traditional farmhouse complete with this awesome mural and these props. Also, I ordered “cucumber water” which turned out tasting like pickle water with dill. Also, they had a dessert called “the Mexican” which was a scoop of ice cream wearing a pineapple sombrero. If you’re ever in the neighborhood, stop on by!
